"I had a contract with Allison for my wedding florals. I had reached out several times over email to catch up, give my new contact information, etc. I ultimately reached out again once my fiance underwent emergency surgery from an accident. We have decided to cancel due to all of the incoming medical bills. I explained the situation and asked if anything could be done as no one could have seen this coming. I even offered to find a bride to take over my day. Allison offered no solution and I never heard back from her. Mind you the wedding date was 8 months out when I canceled. At least I only lost $500. Don't waste your time. I'm very upset and that's just unprofessional behavior of someone who works in hospitality and bridal/wedding services. "
